Key Contributions

  • Presents flexible hybrid precoding architectures for Integrated Sensing and Communications (ISAC), enabling simultaneous radar sensing and multi-user data transmission from a shared antenna array.
  • Develops optimization frameworks that balance sensing beampattern design with communication spectral efficiency under practical hardware constraints including finite-resolution phase shifters.
  • Provides a comprehensive treatment of ISAC precoding in a book chapter context, covering design principles, algorithmic solutions, and trade-off analysis for next-generation wireless systems.
